Partner Agreement
Before you start on Brujo, you confirm each point below. Organizers of package trips confirm section 1; drivers who share rides confirm section 2. Everyone also agrees to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
1. Package trip organizers
- Cancellation and refund policy — I will honour the refund windows travellers are shown.
- Insurance — I have valid third-party insurance and will keep it active.
- Licence and permits — I hold a valid licence and permits for every vehicle I run.
- Brujo is the platform, not the organizer — Brujo connects travellers with me; I am responsible for the trip.
- Terms and privacy — I have read the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Drivers sharing rides
- Cancellations — If my plans change, I cancel in the app so travellers are told at once.
- Insurance — I have valid insurance for the car I share and will keep it active.
- Driving licence — I hold a valid driving licence for the car I share.
- Brujo connects travellers with me — I drive the trip and I am responsible for it.
- Terms and privacy — I have read the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
